Largest room which accommodates up to 250 seated guests for a plated meal; 225 guests for a dinner buffet or 300+ guests for a cocktail/hors d’oeuvre reception.

Dogwood Room

Smaller room accommodating up to 40+ seated guest. Excellent space for rehearsal
dinners or pre-reception meeting space.

Elisha Brown’s & Front Foyer

Wonderful setting for a small intimate wedding and reception for approximately 60 people. Space may also be booked for intimate hors d’oeuvres receptions for no more than 125 people.

Catawba Springs Facility

Another larger space accommodating up to 100+ guests for seated events and 200+ guests for hors d’oeuvres socials. Casual facility that also offers a spacious patio overlooking our finishing golf holes.

Wedding Receptions & Banquet Facilities. . .

Lake Hickory Country Club is a full service private Country Club . All Lake Hickory Country Club and Catawba Springs banquet facilities are available for non-member usage through member sponsorship. To book one of our spaces you must either be a member of the club, or know a member to sponsor the event. Member sponsors are required to submit a letter to the club writing their intention to sponsor a nonmember. A $500 room deposit is required to hold either the Main Dining Room or Catawba Springs for a wedding event. This money is held until the date and then reapplied to the final billing. The fee is nonrefundable if the date is cancelled.

Lake Hickory Country Club can facilitate a number of different reception and banquet functions to fit your needs. We offer spaces for full-service dinners, buffets or hors d’oeuvres receptions as well as showers or rehearsal dinners. We provide an excellent menu with top notch banquet service. You may choose from our extensive banquet menus or create a menu specific to your needs. The facility provides white linens and full table settings including food and beverage. The party booking the reception would be responsible for entertainment, decoration and cake needs.
